Website Design:
The client must understand that the website and design structure completed by 24 Hour Websites is fixed once completed. If further additional changes are required then it will result in $99.99AUD/Month (Monthly Maintenance). Any content that fits outside of the recommended ‘Home Page’, ‘About Page’, ‘Services Page’ and ‘Contact Page’ such as ‘Previous Work’, ‘Our Team’, ‘Portfolio’, ‘Bookings’, ‘Shop’ etc will result in an additional fee of $149.99 (Extra Page). All Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy content must be provided if required to be presented on the website at the additional charge of $49.99.

Hosting:

Permission:

The client agrees to give access (usernames, passwords, and any other required permissions) to existing or future domain registration, hosting accounts, and affiliated service-providers as needed.

Content (Text & Images):

24 Hour Websites are not responsible for writing or inputting any text copy (unless the client has purchased the ‘Copy (Wording) – $249.99’ Product. Any logo, text and imagery provided by the client to be used in a website designed by 24 Hour Websites MUST have legal clearance. 24 Hour Websites will not provide the client with stock photos (unless the client has purchased the ‘Included Images – $99.99’ Product).

Monthly Maintenance:
Monthly maintenance allows the client to provide additional content they wish to add to any existing pages, however the content must not exceed the original amount of content per page. If so it will result in the cost of an additional page ($149.99AUD). All changes will be updated once per week, allowing the client 4 changes during the month.

E-Commerce:
Client is responsible for providing 24 Hour Websites with specific names, description, pricing and images of products. Limited number of products is 20. Any products surpassing 20 will results in an additional cost of $9.99 per product.

Client is responsible for providing 24 Hour Websites with:
– Payment gateway details – additional fee of $150 will be applied per gateway that requires setting up
– Email
– Address

Logo Design:

Concept:

24 Hour Websites will have completed one (single) original concept in accordance with the client’s description and selected colour scheme within 24 hours of the design being reviewed approved. Should the initial design concepts not meet your requirements 24 Hour Websites will provide 1 round of additional concepts at no additional cost. The client is responsible for CLEAR delivery of all content i.e. brand name, imagery, concept and personal details. The client is responsible for all
legal clearances of the content provided.

Client Corrections:

Client Corrections are changes made outside of the originally supplied description. For example, if your description states your company/business is called ‘Jonno’s Termite Control’, we design your logo accordingly. If you then wish to change the name (as your 1 free round of additional concept) to ‘Jonno’s Pest Control’ the changes will be charged as Client Corrections at the price of $99.99 per hour (incl GST).

Files:

Once the final design has been completed, the files will be sent to you as digital files. (.jpg, .pdf, .eps and .png).

Ownership:

You, the client, have ownership of the final logo design for use in any media application that is beneficial to your business. 24 Hour Websites retains the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and  advertisements. The client also gives 24 Hour Websites permission to use client’s name, and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on her website, or other business related media including social media. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the logo design and/or seek trademark.

Print Design:

Print design includes but is not limited to business cards, letterheads, brochures, magazines and other marketing collateral for profit or non-profit purposes.
